SUMMARY

12 Luxury waterfront townhouses comprise this development at Mariners Peninsula, Townsville. This project was worked on across two offices, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, which allowed for collaboration on a more dynamic level sharing resources, ideas, and expertise. It was imperitive that the team captured the essence of Queensland outdoor living through great design sensibility and environmental considerations. 

I had a lot of fun working on this project with other designers ensuring drawings were completed to a high standard resulting in a very successful project. Delving into the spatial planning and documentation of this project was such a rewarding process. Design studios and training days were also held between offices during this project which assisted us in ensuring progress was shared effectively and everyone was developing their skills whilst bonding as a strong team.
