SUMMARY
The Cosmopolitan Apartments in Cotton Tree was a very rewarding project to be involved in working closely with other designers and a Senior Architect who had a clear vision for this waterfront location to respect nature and form, inspired by the shifting sands and waves of the surrounding coastal region. With 143 apartments over two buildings, we designed one, two and three bedroom apartments connected to spatious balconys that extend the living space and take advantage of natural views, light and ventilation. The five penthouse apartments were also designed with an impressive sense of space and privacy whilst ensuring elegant, luxurious finishes that coinsided with the exceptional panoramic outlook. Assisting in the design and documentation of this project, we were encouraged to push our creativity beyond the expected and be inspired by the fluidity of nature, expressing luxury at every bend.
