SUMMARY

The Broadbeach Police Station refurbishment required multiple on-site meetings and measure-ups to attain a detailed understanding of the spatial requirements of each department within the station. I had the opportunity to undertake interviews and meeting minutes before translating them into design options and drafting packages that were presented to the clients. Overseen by an interior designer, I was in charge of the documentation including demolition and new construction phases, layout, wall types and joinery packages as well as the finishes and fixtures schedules.
