SUMMARY

I assisted in the documention of this mixed use commercial and retail development which was staged to allow for the immediate need of a medical facility in Birkdale. The development was to accommodate a veterinarian, a mini major store, restaurant and retail outlets as well as a second level for commercial tenancies. In masterplanning the development, each stage was designed to be interconnected for services and ease of access. I also worked on the car park layout ensuring sufficent circulation space as well as the required number of parking spaces were met. This was a very technical process and rewarding project to have been a part of learning from the design team and Senior Technician at Core Architecture.
