SUMMARY

Working closely with the client, project manager and sub-consultants, I attended weekly meetings and fortnightly site visits for demolition and council regulation updates. I modelling the existing structures based on site measurements and a point cloud model which allowed for a quick turn around delivering revised phasing drawings during the design option stage. Dealing with a flexible brief and tenant requirements provided me with the opportunity to illustrate the benefits of various building and lot configurations. Street and overland flow setbacks as well as existing vegetation, large turning circles and relocating the transformer to effectively stage the development posed the greatest challenges, however, each were overcome successfully through thorough site analysis and council input.

This is an ongoing project in which I am unable to share sensitive information. I look forward to seeing its completion and our clients success.
