SUMMARY

This 14 story mixed used development is comprised of office spaces with retail on the lower levels including ample cafeterias and seating areas. The JJ and TMJ Interiors Packages comprise of joinery elements such as office desks, serving and seating areas, wall panelling, planter boxes, lighting, restroom partitions and storage cupboards.

I managed the joinery packages for James Joinery and TMJ Interiors in which I was responsible or requesting information, file management, creating and updating drawing schedules, monitoring the scope against the drawings received and modelling all of the required joinery for these packages. Once modelled, each element was positioned in the correct location on each of the appropriate levels before running clash detection tests in Navisworks. In the case of any clashes, I was responsible for advising JJ or TMJ and resolving the issue.
